Caregiver Wisdom

Welcome to Our Community Hub

Empowering caregivers and enriching lives: Your community for support, advice, and resources.

Why Join?

The Caregiver Wisdom Community Hub brings together chronic illness caregivers to help each other with support, advice, and resources. Thanks to this mutual aid, we don't need to reinvent the wheel or be lonely by ourselves while on this difficult journey.

We help family caregivers of the chronically ill survive and thrive.

While we focus on caregivers of people with infection-associated illnesses like ME/CFS, Long COVID, Fibromyalgia, POTS, and Lyme disease, much of what we discuss will resonate with other caregivers too.

What You'll Get

Our supportive community is pretty special. We’re focused on the ways it will make a huge difference in your life.

Here are some of the things you’ll be able to do in the Caregiver Wisdom Community Hub:

  • Connect with other caregivers who understand your unique experiences. Share and learn from other caregivers who are fellow travelers on the caregiving journey.
  • Discuss and learn how to deal with the challenging emotions of being a caregiver for your loved one with a debilitating illness.
  • Gain valuable insights and advice on emotional, physical, and spiritual self-care practices that can help improve your resilience as a caregiver.
  • Learn and share practical tips on managing multiple aspects of caregiving, such as working with doctors, dealing with disability processes, and improving household operations.
  • Find fellow chronic illness caregivers who live near you. You could then share information on local resources and even meet up in person.
  • Learn about small group courses that go deeper into topics such as building your resilience as a caregiver. These paid courses will offer a higher level of support, including an exclusive area on the community hub for coursework, coaching, and connecting with others in the course.  For more info, see CaregiverWisdom.net, and feel free to reach out to me at [email protected].

We look forward to seeing you inside the Caregiver Wisdom Community Hub!

Take Care,
Kim
